समाज कल्याण विभाग योजना एक ऐसी योजना है। जो उत्तर प्रदेश फ्री आईएएस द्वारा चलाई जा रही है इस योजना को चलाए जाने के पीछे कारण यह है। कि कुछ स्टूडंट्स सरकारी एग्जाम की तैयारी नहीं कर पाते हैं क्योंकि उनके पास प्रॉपर गाइडेंस नहीं होता है। और तैयारी करने के लिए प्रॉपर टूल्स नहीं होती है। उनको किस तरीके से आईएएस की फ्री तैयारी कराई जाए, इस योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य यह है।
